Wes Quave works with undiscovered and established artists to define or refine their musical and performance presence. Partnering with us we’ll help you discover your artistic strengths, harness your creative assets and merge them together to reflect your authentic image and sound.
Our coaching staff has been in the music industry for over 25 years having worked with Justin Timberlake, Usher, Ne Yo, Rihanna, American Idol America’s Got Talent, Rising Star, and The Singing Bee.
PERFORMANCE TRAINING
We train artists in performance, character development, vocal technique, dance/choreography, and songwriting. In many cases, Live 61 becomes the principal producer of their musical content. These services include songwriting collaboration, music production, mixing, engineering, and mastering. We have recording and mastering facilities in Los Angeles, Orange County, Phoenix, and New Orleans.
Additionally, we are proud to provide a platform for new artists and performers to join our live entertainment circuit. Joining our dream team offers competitive compensation for aspiring new talent and exposure to large and small-scale performances.

Wes Quave is passionate about guiding and empowering others to step into leadership with confidence and clarity. Whether he’s directing a top 40 band, mentoring a worship team, or supporting leaders in their own roles, Wes brings out the best in people by helping them recognize and develop their strengths.
His approach is much like that of a life coach—focused on personal growth, building confidence, and equipping individuals with practical tools to inspire and guide their teams. Wes believes that great leadership isn’t just about directing others, but about creating an environment where people feel supported, motivated, and capable of achieving more than they thought possible.
